A commission painting from last year of an albino character belonging to http://www.winterdreamers.com/, falling prey to my infamous glowy butterflies and excessive foliage, bwahahah. ^___^ I was experimenting more with dappled lighting and speckled brushes for distant foliage effects in this piece.You can find the original lineart here: http://meadowhaven.net/php-bin/view.php?pid=2412

Like the transparent wings... and the grey aspect to this character. The water is weak IMO. Logically, I would say that the water here would be very still and reflective. Your ripples show some repetition and seem out of place with the otherwise tranquil scene.
